Never miss a conversation
Initio nudges you the moment something needs you, so a waiting visitor never sits in silence. You get alerts inside the app, on your desktop, and by email when you've stepped away.
In the app
While you're signed in, new chats and messages pop a toast in the corner and play a sound, so you notice them even when you're working in another part of the dashboard. Unread conversations are marked in your list.
Desktop notifications
Turn on desktop notifications to get alerts even when the Initio tab isn't in front. The first time you enable them, your browser asks for permission, so click Allow. If you blocked them by accident, re-enable notifications for the site in your browser's site settings and reload.
Desktop alerts are most useful for agents who keep the dashboard open in a background tab during the day.
Email when you're away
If a conversation needs attention and the right person is offline, Initio can email them so it doesn't wait until they're next at their desk. Offline lead submissions are emailed too, so new enquiries reach you even after hours.
Tune your alerts
Adjust your notification preferences from your account settings, including the notification sound, so each agent gets alerts the way that works for them.
