See who's on your site
Initio shows you the people browsing your website right now, where they are, what device they're on and how often they've visited, so you can reach the right person at the right moment.
The live visitor list
Open the Visitors view to see everyone currently online. Each visitor stays "online" while their browser checks in; when they leave or go idle they drop off the list. It refreshes on its own, so it always reflects who's actually there.
What you can see
- Location, country and city, worked out from their IP address.
- Visit history, whether they're new or returning, and how many times they've been back.
- Contact details, name, email, phone and company once they've shared them or you've saved them.
See someone on a key page? Start a proactive chat straight from the visitor list, the chat opens on their screen without them having to click first.
Save contact details
Open a visitor and add or edit their name, email, phone and company. Those details follow the person across visits and show up in the conversation's visitor panel, so your team always has context.
Ban an abusive visitor
If someone is spamming or abusive, you can ban them, they'll no longer be able to start new chats. You can lift a ban at any time from the bans list.
